OK，接著我想先拉回到就公營廁所之間的對比，
在同樣都沒有向人民索取額外費用，都用政府財政支撐運作的狀況下，
兩地的公廁在我自己認為，
講句實話，羅馬尼亞的比台灣好非常多，
至少就乾淨度而言，台灣的公廁有時真的讓人寧願憋著也不願走進去，
但就我在當地走了幾個城市的狀況，
無論是CLUJ那種4吋貨櫃改裝的或是Baia Mare那個智慧型公廁，
我必須說，
他們的廁所非常乾淨，並不會讓人有產生抗拒的感受，
OK, combined to the post last week,
I would like to back to the comparison for toilets run by government between Taiwan and Romania.
Actually to me, I thought the Romanian are better than Taiwanese
At least the clean for toilets,
Many of Taiwanese toilets are too dirty that none of people would like to go
But the situation in Romania,
After I went some cities, I must to say that their public lavatories are really clean!!
這樣的現象能代表些什麼？
首先，我相信兩地的政府單位一定都有定時派遣清潔工進行清潔，
也因此兩地的公廁在清潔後應該都有一定的清潔度，
那結果為何變成我們印象裡的模樣了？
我其實有些不願承認，但我真的覺得這跟我們的人民素質還有文化有關……
But what’s the “meaning” behind the situation!?
First, I trust the two governments both ask janitors to clean the toilets
And after the janitors’ work, the toilets of course clean~
So… why the scenes I (or we) saw are not like this…?
Actually I don’t want to say that but I really thought it’s a problem combine to the cultures and qualities of people
首先我想先談文化的部分，
雖然大家都會說東歐是比較相對落後，物價低，也相對貧窮的地區，
但就我在羅馬尼亞所觀察到的，
講實話我覺得他們比我們還更注重衛生、整潔，
I would like to talk about the cultures.
Though everyone in Taiwan said that the countries in Eastern Europe are relatively poor,
But my experiences in Romania were like that
I felt they care more sanitations than Taiwanese lol
何以見得？
從街道上的垃圾桶量應可一窺，
But how can I say this?
I would like to explain this from the trash cans on the sidewalk in Romania
能相信嗎？在羅馬尼亞，尤其在熱鬧的地方，
幾乎是每走100公尺就有一個垃圾桶，
也幾乎全國各地的街道上都佈有垃圾桶，
Can you believe that in Romania,
There are trash cans on the sidewalk almost everywhere for people to throw the waste immediately!?
It’s really hard to see in Taiwan
雖然沒有垃圾分類，
但對於這樣的設置量，
依舊讓我感到驚訝，
The quantities really make me surprised!
相比於台灣的情況，
應該可以說是更加便利了吧！
而且如此一來，每個人在街道上製造的垃圾，也就不會變成隨手丟棄，
或是必須找店鋪丟垃圾，甚至是要把垃圾帶回家丟
雖然我們講求環境整潔，也努力做好垃圾分類，
但如何跟便利度取得平衡或許也還是個課題吧
Comparing to Taiwan,
Maybe more convenience there!
In Taiwan, the trash cans not that many on the sidewalk,
Becuz someone always feel that will destroy the beauty of the cities/counties
But it means that we need to find a shop or bring the waste back to home if we produce wastes on the streets
Or maybe, some lazy guys would just throw it on the street,
becuz they know, tomorrow morning, street janitors will come and clean it…
At the same time, I need to say that we still do something better than Romanian.
Just like sort garbage, we push & do this very nice I think
And also the education for everyone that not to leave any wastes on the streets.
But how to get the balance between the convenience, waste collection on the street, and the fxxking city view is still a problem to us as well.
那回到台灣來說說人民素質的部分吧，
老實講，
就單論上廁所這件事情，
直到現在，都還是有人上完廁所不沖水的，
不去說得太廣泛，單講我的親身經歷就好，
去年住學校宿舍，
我真的遇到太多次去上廁所，打開門，
發現前一個人根本沒沖水的
太多次，真的太多次
Alright, let’s talk about the second point, the qualities of people.
Like my experiences in person,
I met lots of times when I went into the toilet, the user before me didn’t flush it in TW.
It’s really really really lots of times…
還有在這個議題上，
某部分來說我覺得我們有時喜歡貪小便宜的性格，反而形成一個缺點，
就以衛生紙來說，
我個人經驗裡，羅馬尼亞人比較沒有如廁後還要多拿個幾張當作「伴手禮」的現象，
但在台灣真的有點明顯……
我印象在幾年之前吧，曾經有遇過去上公廁，結果眼睜睜看著前一個使用者帶了一捲所剩不多的衛生紙走出廁間的狀況，
真的，很瞎
或許也是因為這樣，
導致現在有不少公廁已經都不願主動提供衛生紙了吧
And sometimes I think that our personality of take advantage of others
Be a weakness in this
For instance, the toilet paper,
It’s a little serious problem for us in TW that some would like to take more though he/she won’t use it immediately, moreover bring it out like a souvenir
Maybe becuz of this, there are lots of public lavatories would not like to provide toilet paper.
甚至為了寫這篇文，
我在網路上找了一些新聞看，結果其中一篇，
寫到清潔人員的故事，裡面說的，
是有人上完廁所，把OO抹在牆上，(至於OO是什麼請自己想像)
但無論我們如何搞髒廁間，最辛苦的終究是清潔人員
難道是我們太自私？別人太為別人著想？
或我們其實也只是一直漠視這種自己眼中的小問題，
不看不聽不想的，只在遇上時嘴個幾句，過後又遺忘得一乾二淨？
So… are we selfish people? Others always put themselves in other’s shoes?
Or actually we just always choose to skip those small problems,
never mind & never care, only say some words when meet, but forget it right away…
